After a successful 25+ year career in sales and operations within the LPG Energy Industry, I have attained a vast array of skills to drive sales and operations outcomes, including project management, change management, contracting and procurement.
And having led the Non-Trade Procurement team at one of New Zealand’s largest retail brands, through Eagle Eye Consulting I work with Business Owners, Senior Managers and key Stakeholders to drive sustainable outcomes for both clients and suppliers.

The Warehouse Limited, Non-Trade Procurement Lead
Jan 2022 – July 2025
Leading the non-trade Procurement team to deliver cost-effective supplier solutions and relationships, this was a multi-million dollar spend portfolio covering IT, Supply Chain, Warehousing and Logistics, Utilities, Fleet, Consumables, Retail Store Environment, including design, fitout, manufacture and installation.
Vector Limited, various roles incl OnGas General Manager, Sales & Operations
April 2011 – December 2021
Responsible for driving the performance of the OnGas sales and operations teams, this portfolio covered all aspects including sales targets, strategy, marketing; while leading an operational team (~150 x FTE’s) to deliver on those sales targets, in a highly cost conscious and competitive environment.
Acting as key stakeholder, design, procurement and operationalising Vector’s High-Hazard Bottle Swap Plant, a 5-year project and a $31.5m investment in LPG infrastructure that revolutionised the NZ 9kg LPG market, delivering a world-first operational footprint that maximises sustainability and efficiencies.

But being the first mover comes with risk. Building from scratch means higher expectations of getting it right from day one, and new regulations had come into force that were designed to lift New Zealand’s game when it came to health and safety. So, what does that mean for you?
I have extensive experience in leading, developing and building sales portfolios; including marketing initiatives, to test and drive results. This experience not only includes sales into various B2B and B2C sectors, but also sales into retail environments, the development of international supplier relationships and products importation.
All of this requires a keen understanding of complex operational and regulatory compliance; safety being paramount. And so is staff attraction and retention, by introducing a step-through career pathway in the operational space.
