We are an online shared space for consultants and for those looking for consultants. As consultants ourselves, we understand that building a website takes time and money, especially when your expertise is in consulting. If joining us and sharing our space works for you, then great—that’s exactly what it’s designed for.
Information We Collect

We collect personal information you provide directly, including your name, professional title, biography, contact details (email, phone, business address), customer feedback, and any other information you provide in your consultant profile. Payment information is processed securely via Stripe — we do not store your payment details.

We also collect technical data automatically, including your IP address, browser type and version, device information, pages visited, and time spent on the site. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (see below).
Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.
Media

If you upload images to the website, avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the site can download and extract location data from images.
Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience, so you don’t have to fill in your details again when leaving another comment. These cookies last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to check if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we set several cookies to save your login information and screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me,” your login persists for two weeks. If you log out, login cookies are removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie contains no personal data and simply stores the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after one day.

We may also use essential, analytics, functional, and advertising cookies to improve our site and services. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings.

Who We Share Your Data With

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. We may share your data with Stripe for payment processing and with trusted service providers who help operate the site under confidentiality agreements. We do not sell or rent your personal data. How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This allows us to recognise and approve follow-up comments automatically. For users who register, we store the personal information provided in their profile. Users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except the username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What Rights You Have Over Your Data

If you have an account or have left comments, you can request an exported file of your personal data, including data you have provided. You can request that we erase your personal data, except for data we must retain for administrative, legal, or security purposes. You may also withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
Where We Send Your Data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Other than as described, your data is kept in-house unless sharing is required to provide our services or by law.
Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy

Our site is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
